Administrative Staff Elaiza Irizarry Executive Director Ms. Irizarry has provided leadership for up to 120 employees, planning and executing large-scale cultural arts productions. Her professional development led her from Company Manager and Production Manager to Theatre Consultant and Independent Producer, making significant contributions to the Visual and Performing Arts. Originally from Venezuela, Ms. Irizarry co-founded Caracas' La Compania Nacional de Teatro (National Theatre Company), and extremely successful, and enduring, repertory theatre. From 2002 to 2005, she served as the Chief Operations Officer for what is now the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County. Marcia Morgan Office Manager Ms. Morgan has worked in bookkeeping and accounting for over fifty years. A Miami resident off and on since 1951, she remembers coming to the Shores Theater when it was a movie theater. Ms. Morgan came out of retirement when she heard that The PlayGround Theatre needed a bookkeeper. She loves accounting and the fact that she can help the theatre. Judy Litt Education & Outreach Director Ms. Litt has over thirty years experience in arts administration. Most recently she worked as Box Office Manager at the Jackie Gleason Theater and the Miami Beach Convention Center. She also served as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director/ CEO, Miami Performing Arts Center during pre-opening, and Patron and Client Services Manager of the Center once it opened. At the Concert Association of Florida, Ms. Litt supervised box office operations for the largest presenting concert organization in the Southeast United States. Ms. Litt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Education from Adelphi University. Yolima Cintra Administrative Assistant Ms. Cintra has over five years experience as an administrative assistant. Prior to joining The PlayGround Theatre in September of 2008, she worked at Hillel Day School and Dayspring Elementary School, both located in Broward County. | ||||||||||
